Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
